Assign delivery support and decision owners
See this course’s project requirements
An original fictional partner-pilot readiness packet with purpose and roles, learner-access/privacy questions, delivery schedule, evidence definitions, staged launch gates and a review/exit agreement.
Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.
What to include
- Define the fictional purpose, controlled outputs and excluded promises.
- Assign operational and authorized decision owners plus escalation routes.
- Separate practical access, permission and minimal-data questions.
- Show capacity/time calculations and evidence-linked launch/hold gates.
- Include proposed review/exit terms and an accurate unsent handoff.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- The two-organization scope and owners are specific and consistent.
- Data collection and access claims match the stated purpose and actual evidence.
- Staffing/time units reconcile and changed enrollment is handled honestly.
- Draft, unresolved, completed and reviewed stages are labeled accurately.

The idea in everyday life
Fictional Alder School and Juniper Employer are considering four 45-minute practice sessions for 12 learners. Each session has 35 minutes of activity and 10 minutes of feedback. The supplied staffing rule is at most six learners per facilitator. Two facilitators are available. Each needs 10 setup minutes before each session. School lead S owns learner access and institutional permission decisions; employer lead E owns staff availability and workplace examples; program lead P owns curriculum support and evidence definitions. All people and organizations are fictional. This is an unsent planning exercise, not an actual LifeStarter partnership or an executed agreement.
A responsibility table states who performs work and who may authorize a decision. A blank owner does not become shared accountability by default.

| ADecision | BOwner | CRequired evidence | DStatus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Learner access / permissions | S | Host decision and accessible route | Open |

Copy as plain text
1. Copy named responsibilities
Use S, E and P to map access/permission, staffing and curriculum decisions.
You should see: S handles access/permission; E handles staffing; P handles curriculum.
Role labels prevent an interested organization from inheriting unrelated authority.
2. Identify joint work
Mark data-handling design as S with P, then name S as the institution’s decision owner in this exercise.
You should see: P helps design fields; S obtains the host decision.
Collaborating on a draft is distinct from approving institutional use.
3. Add a support route
Route a task-content question to P and an unavailable facilitator to E; refer unresolved permissions to S.
You should see: Each problem reaches the role that can act on that particular condition.
Escalation is useful when it follows the actual decision boundary.
4. Audit ownership gaps
Read the table for blank owners, duplicated final authority or a permission assigned to the employer.
You should see: No blank owner; E does not decide school learner permissions.
A handoff should not depend on the next person guessing authority.
What to finish
A responsibility and escalation table with specific decision owners.
Watch for this
Writing everyone is responsible instead of assigning a person or role who can make the decision.
How can I tell I understand it?
Each likely problem has a bounded escalation route.
