Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.
What to include
- Define the fictional purpose, controlled outputs and excluded promises.
- Assign operational and authorized decision owners plus escalation routes.
- Separate practical access, permission and minimal-data questions.
- Show capacity/time calculations and evidence-linked launch/hold gates.
- Include proposed review/exit terms and an accurate unsent handoff.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- The two-organization scope and owners are specific and consistent.
- Data collection and access claims match the stated purpose and actual evidence.
- Staffing/time units reconcile and changed enrollment is handled honestly.
- Draft, unresolved, completed and reviewed stages are labeled accurately.

The idea in everyday life
Fictional Alder School and Juniper Employer are considering four 45-minute practice sessions for 12 learners. Each session has 35 minutes of activity and 10 minutes of feedback. The supplied staffing rule is at most six learners per facilitator. Two facilitators are available. Each needs 10 setup minutes before each session. School lead S owns learner access and institutional permission decisions; employer lead E owns staff availability and workplace examples; program lead P owns curriculum support and evidence definitions. All people and organizations are fictional. This is an unsent planning exercise, not an actual LifeStarter partnership or an executed agreement. Final exercise state remains draft: curriculum and staffing confirmed in the fictional case; access and host decisions unresolved. No sessions have occurred. Retention decisions must be made by S/P; original learner files would remain in the learner’s own app unless an authorized arrangement says otherwise.
A review packet should allow another person to trace each claim to a record. A plan, a completed session and a reviewed learner output are different evidence stages.

1. Assemble the operational packet
Combine purpose, owner table, access/data questions, capacity worksheet and launch gates.
You should see: The packet includes440 facilitator-minutes and two unresolved launch gates.
The figures and status must agree across all sections.
2. Define evidence stages
List planned sessions, actual attendance, submitted task records and rubric-reviewed work separately.
You should see: All actual delivery counts are not yet observed, rather than claimed successes.
A schedule is not evidence of participation or learning.
3. Draft review and exit terms
Prepare unsent terms for review timing, responsible support, paused delivery and authorized record retention/deletion decisions.
You should see: Terms remain proposed; nobody is described as having executed them.
A draft cannot create an organization’s agreement or change real records.
4. Audit public claims
Remove partner logos, award promises and proven-impact language; label organizations, case records and staffing confirmations fictional.
You should see: The final handoff is a truthful planning sample with an explicit hold.
Useful readiness evidence does not require pretending the pilot already happened.
What to finish
A complete unsent partner-readiness packet with accurate stage labels and proposed review/exit terms.
Watch for this
Presenting a fictional pilot worksheet as an established school partnership or proven outcome.
How can I tell I understand it?
Agreements, impact and retention authority are not invented.
