See this course’s project requirements

Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.
What to include
- A role map and nonclinical escalation script.
- A completeness screen with pending reasons and owners.
- An administrative status script and contact log.
- A status tracker with the evidence needed next.
- An overdue-task review and factual escalation note.

Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- Every required section is present and traceable to the supplied case facts.
- Decisions separate known facts, assumptions, and unresolved questions.
- Records, calculations, and instructions agree with each other and the stated rules.
- The final revision addresses a changed case and explains what someone should do next.

The idea in everyday life
Harbor states: SENT after verified transmission; BOOKED after appointment confirmation; AWAIT-REPORT after attendance is confirmed; AWAIT-REVIEW after report receipt; CLOSED only after clinician acknowledgement and any assigned follow-up task is recorded. F2 has a June 8 appointment confirmation. F3 attendance was confirmed June 6 but no report received. F4 report arrived June 6, clinician acknowledgement absent.
Each stage needs its own evidence; one stage cannot stand in for the next.
Track the return loop — guided practice
Use evidence to distinguish appointment, report and review stages.
Use a text editor, a free document editor, or paper. Start from the following fictional records; they reset this lesson even if your earlier answer differed.
1. Assign F2
Use only appointment evidence to set status.
You should see: F2 BOOKED.
A booking is not attendance.
2. Assign F3
Record attendance and the missing return document.
You should see: F3 AWAIT-REPORT.
The loop remains open until required information returns.
3. Assign F4
Separate receipt from review.
You should see: F4 AWAIT-REVIEW.
An uploaded report does not show the clinician saw it.
4. Name the next evidence
State what each case needs next.
You should see: F2 attendance; F3 report; F4 clinician acknowledgement and follow-up record.
The next evidence makes the tracker actionable.
What to finish
A status tracker with the evidence needed next.
Watch for this
Closing a referral as soon as an appointment is scheduled.
