Sequence setup practice and first useful use
See this course’s project requirements
A fictional recurring service account plan with success criteria, dependency milestones, adoption evidence, scope-risk escalations and an honest renew/revise/end recommendation.
Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.
What to include
- Translate the fictional agreement into observable success and role boundaries.
- Map setup/data/staff dependencies with actual owners and evidence.
- Provide a checked first-use summary and explicit support-stage labels.
- Reconcile raw files with three distinct useful weeks and the W3 gap.
- Prepare an unsent voluntary renewal outline and conditional renew/revise/end recommendation.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- Useful use requires the specified checked work product, not access counts.
- Dependencies and service/customer responsibilities remain distinct.
- Adoption totals deduplicate weeks and preserve missing evidence.
- The recommendation follows the supplied rule without pressure or invented acceptance.

The idea in everyday life
Fictional recurring service: Cedar Stock supports customer Elm Shop with a weekly stock-summary template for four weeks. The agreement supplies template setup, two staff practice sessions and support for four weekly summaries; Elm owns approved item data and its staff schedule. Useful-use evidence means a staff member independently completes a summary that reconciles to the supplied item list. A login, opened email or downloaded template is not enough. All account records are fictional, every required exercise is a paper/local-document draft, and no subscription or customer outreach is required. Supplied practice item list: notebooks 12 units and folders 8 units. First staff draft lists notebooks 12, folders 6 and total 18. The original supplied list is the authoritative practice input.
Onboarding progresses from preparation to supported practice to independent use. Removing all help too soon and counting supported work as independent both hide what the customer can do.
Sequence setup practice and first useful use — supplied practice
Onboarding progresses from preparation to supported practice to independent use. Removing all help too soon and counting supported work as independent both hide what the customer can do.

1. Prepare a worked demonstration
Show the two original quantities and calculate 12+8=20 total units.
You should see: Demonstration total 20.
The method is visible before the learner tries it.
2. Guide the draft check
Compare folders 6 with supplied8 and retain the supported two-unit correction.
You should see: Corrected draft becomes notebooks 12, folders 8, total 20.
Do not patch only the total while leaving a wrong item row.
3. Request a fresh independent run
Use a fresh copy of the same supplied input; have the fictional staff member complete and reconcile it without the demonstration open.
You should see: An independent output must match both item rows and total 20.
Supported correction and independent performance are different evidence stages.
4. Record the support level
Label demonstration, guided revision and independent check separately in the account plan.
You should see: The record shows what was actually observed at each stage.
A finished file does not by itself show whether help was needed.
What to finish
A first-use practice sequence and corrected stock-summary example with support-stage labels.
Watch for this
Correcting the grand total while leaving the item-level error or calling a guided correction independent adoption.
How can I tell I understand it?
Support level is recorded separately from file completion.
