Unit review questions
1. Check who made a health claim: A polished page identifies no responsible owner. Which fits?
Need a hint?
  • A polished design does not identify a responsible source.
  • Reliable general information still needs appropriate professional interpretation for personal care.
2. Calculate a sleep opportunity across midnight: Fictional case 5: bedtime 24 h=20, wakeHour=7. What is the modeled result using the stated method?
Need a hint?
  • Evening and next morning are different days.
  • The window is not measured sleep; age guidance is general, not diagnosis.
3. Match a coping step to a stressor: The problem is an unknown instruction, not task size. Which fits?
Need a hint?
  • Choose the step that addresses the supplied stressor.
  • Coping tools do not replace protection or qualified help for persistent concerns.
4. Choose private and appropriate help: A learner wants an educator to explain a diagram label. Which fits?
Need a hint?
  • Share what the helper needs, not a public medical history.
  • Educators clarify teaching; qualified professionals interpret personal health.

Use the skills in a new task

Compare a source with no evidence, plan an eleven-year-old’s 21:00–07:00 sleep window and choose help for unclear instructions.

Work on paper or in your own document. Explain the choices you made.

  • Use only the pretend details. Do not share private information about yourself or someone else.
  • Use at least two ideas you practiced in this unit.
  • Show the order or calculation, or point to the clue that helped you choose.
  • Keep the task’s safety rule, help step, or another way to take part.
Compare with a model response

Ask for evidence before trusting the unsupported claim. 24−21+7=10 hours of opportunity, within the 6–12 general range, without proving actual sleep. Ask a teacher for instruction clarification; personal health interpretation would use caregiver and qualified support.

A different response can also meet the criteria. Compare the evidence and reasoning, rather than copying the wording.
