See everything you’ll needA comparison of healthcare roles, practice support conversations, and questions to guide your next training choice.
Your project
Start with the practice files. Build your project one lesson at a time.
Practice files are free without an account. Sign in to save your project record in My Proof: a description, checklist, and optional work link. Keep the original files in your own app or notebook; saving a project record does not upload them.

Know the route before you begin.
Here’s what you’ll need and what you’ll make. You can return to this guide during any lesson.
- Create a paper notebook or a blank local document with six numbered sections; software and an online account are optional.
- Use the complete fictional organization, figures and task cards in each lesson; no real workplace access, personal records or outreach is needed.
- Plan about 144 minutes of active reading and practice across six lessons; two lessons weekly provides three-week pacing. Copy each lesson output forward; an optional extra five minutes can test a second fictional case.
Finish with proof you can use.
Collect and revise all six lesson outputs into a healthcare career-exploration file. Include role comparisons, nonclinical communication scripts, privacy decisions, who to contact about concerns, and a training comparison. Label it as fictional practice that does not involve clinical care.

What to include
- Include a healthcare role map with administrative and clinical boundaries.
- Provide an accessible arrival script and understanding check.
- Show a fictional access matrix and careful disclosure decision.
- Include a factual concern notification with a backup route.
- Compare training destinations, costs and unknowns, then add a realistic next learning plan.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- Accuracy: amounts, classifications and decisions agree with the supplied evidence and stated assumptions.
- Reasoning: each important choice names the rule, observation or comparison that supports it.
- Responsible scope: the packet protects information, respects authority limits and routes unresolved concerns appropriately.
- Usability: a new reader can follow the ordered lesson outputs, identify ownership and see what is complete or still uncertain.
Three ideas to help you along the way
The rules behind the steps.
Respect role boundaries
Tasks require the relevant training, permission and supervision.
Protect the person’s information
Use approved role access and verify disclosure requests.
Explore before committing
Match training evidence to the actual occupational destination.
