Unit review questions
1. Budget an adult aerobic-equivalent week: Fictional case 5: moderateAminutes=90, vigorousMinutes=15, moderateBminutes=30. What is the modeled result using the stated method?
Need a hint?
  • This model explicitly uses age 18; a 17 year-old needs the youth daily reference.
  • Equivalent aerobic minutes do not establish muscle days, actual participation or suitability.
2. Compare time and travel access tradeoffs: Fictional case 5: sessionMinutes=35, roundTripTravelMinutes=10, sessions=4. What is the modeled result using the stated method?
Need a hint?
  • The given travel amount already includes both directions.
  • Less total time does not prove safety, suitability or a preferred option.
3. Choose a bounded sustainable-plan revision: A fictional 17-year-old’s daily-pattern evidence is absent because the plan uses an adult weekly sum. What fits?
Need a hint?
  • Fix the actual age/reference or access barrier, not an unrelated preference.
  • A paper plan is not a confirmed service, performed schedule or health outcome.
4. Evaluate a program without invented outcomes: A fictional planning count is used to claim actual athletic mastery. What fits?
Need a hint?
  • Participation, knowledge, plans, self-report and clinical/physical outcomes differ.
  • Do not invent outcomes or promise funding eligibility from a classroom model.

Use the skills in a new task

A fictional 18 year-old plan gives 60 moderate+30 vigorous+30 moderate minutes; travel is 20 round-trip minutes for five 30 minute sessions. A pilot has 16 of 20 paper plans completed. Report bounded findings.

Work on paper or in your own document. Explain the choices you made.

  • Use the supplied facts without personal disclosures.
  • Apply at least two methods from this unit.
  • Show the sequence, calculation or evidence behind the decision.
  • Include a relevant boundary, help step or accessible alternative.
Compare with a model response

Adult aerobic equivalence is 60+2*30+30=150 minutes, with separate muscle and suitability checks still needed. Total session/travel burden is(30+20)*5=250 minutes. 16/20=80% of the fictional pilot completed plans; actual activity, motor skill and health outcomes remain unverified.

A different response can also meet the criteria. Compare the evidence and reasoning, rather than copying the wording.
