Connect with an education provider

Find a school-completion or high-school-equivalency route and prepare one useful conversation. Use public provider details and leave private documents with the provider.

For example: finishing school, finding an equivalency class, or asking about study support. A fictional practice goal is welcome.

A city, county, or state is enough. Do not enter your home address.

Name the school or service and the qualification or support it offers.

Copy the public page you used to find it.

List questions about age, enrollment rules, schedule, cost, access, and any permission needed. Do not paste eligibility documents.

Use a public contact page, office, or application route. Write one question to ask.

Say researching, contact planned, contacted, or provider confirmation received. Describe only what has actually happened; a practice case can stay at contact planned.

Write one action and when you plan to do it. For example: ask the admissions office about evening classes on Friday.

Record when you read the provider information.
