Test a business concept

Build a small, evidence-based idea with a cost model and a pitch. A school or community simulation is a valid starting point; real trading is optional.

Describe one customer group, its need, current alternative, and a specific offer.

Compare two alternatives and record what you learned from customer conversations or a clearly labeled classroom simulation.

State price, units, variable cost per unit, fixed costs, revenue, and estimated profit. Revenue is not profit. Include the value of your time.

For each of the next three months, list expected cash in/out and ending cash. Label estimates and separate invoices from money actually received.

Compare starting with savings, a smaller test, or other funding. Identify repayment/ownership tradeoffs, a spending cap, permissions, and a stop condition.

Choose one channel, a truthful offer, a next action, and a measure of interest. Do not use spam or promise unproven results.

Name one low-risk use, excluded private data, and a source or calculation check. If AI is unnecessary, say why.

Explain the customer, problem, offer, evidence, price, risk, and next experiment. Distinguish real commitments from assumptions.
