Each one includes a short knowledge check and a practical task.

should keep getting
more useful.
The Life Starter reviews what learners can understand, complete, save, and use. Product changes focus on clear instructions, useful practice, and dependable access to saved work.
Turn a lesson into
a skill you can use.
The program is designed around the first years of adult independence and remains open to other learners. The product must help turn lessons into useful work and make the next step easy to understand.
Each week ends with a tangible plan, tracker, work sample, or decision tool.

These rules shape curriculum, interface, data, and public language.
A learner should finish with a useful plan, tracker, work sample, or decision.
Lesson activity, knowledge checks, projects, reviews, and confidence remain separate.
ProofPath shows its reasons, uncertainty, and what would change the suggested route.
Clear records help learners see what they have practiced, completed, and reviewed.
Original recommendation logic with a human-readable trail.
ProofPath combines a learner’s goal with separately labeled knowledge, activity, project, confidence, and prerequisite signals. It suggests one next assignment while keeping the complete route available.

Ask a question.
Inspect the evidence.
The program is available to inspect and use. Software checks verify specified behavior; they do not establish educational effectiveness. No independently established improvement in learning, employment or earnings is claimed.
Ask the learner to explain the recommendation and choose an activity. Record whether they proceed independently, with help, or cannot continue, plus the reason.
A consented observation and learner feedback; a page visit alone is insufficient.
Review the first sample and revision using the same project criteria. Record criterion-level judgments, reviewer, rubric version and assistance. Have a second reviewer check a pre-agreed sample where capacity allows.
Permitted work samples and review notes; distinguish self-review from staff review.
Match starting and final forms A/B using host-managed participant codes and the shared instrument version. Report paired scores, lesson-check attempts, group size and missing checks separately.
Authorized check records; a small uncontrolled pilot describes change, not a proven treatment effect.
Define the group, measures and decision criteria before recruitment. Keep the protocol version, learner feedback and dated changes together. A small feasibility pilot can improve the product; it cannot by itself establish causal impact.
The public planning kit shares blank methods and fictional reporting examples. It contains no learner dataset. Any formal study or external use of learner records needs a separately agreed protocol, permissions and data protections.
Read the evaluation protocol and planning kitProjects, progress checks, identities, and individual activity stay in private learning records.
Key guidance links to authoritative references, and progress measures explain the activity or work they record.
Specific usability and curriculum feedback guides corrections and follow-up checks.
