Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.
What to include
- Preference/rule distinction and compliant access clause.
- Workload allocation with time and capacity.
- Observable task standards.
- Shared-space and guest routines.
- Missed-task process and changed-condition revision.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- Agreement separates preferences from required access and exit conditions.
- Workload totals fit stated time and lifting capacity without assuming equal task suitability.
- Task standards and table/guest routines describe observable completion and shared consent.
- Missed-task process and revised shift times show agreed owners, backups and follow-up.

The idea in everyday life
Review cards: Lee’s kitchen shift now ends at 8; Kim’s study still starts at 7; trash backup is unspecified; exits remain clear. Existing weekly time totals are Kim 60, Lee 40.
An agreement remains useful when it explains what happens after conditions change.
Test and revise a household agreement — supplied practice
An agreement remains useful when it explains what happens after conditions change.
Review cards: Lee’s kitchen shift now ends at 8; Kim’s study still starts at 7; trash backup is unspecified; exits remain clear. Existing weekly time totals are Kim 60, Lee 40.
1. Step 1
Identify the new 7–8 shared-table conflict.
You should see: Cooking and study now overlap for one hour.
2. Step 2
Propose separate preparation space or an agreed alternate study location, without assuming consent.
You should see: Record a proposal and seek agreement before changing access.
3. Step 3
Add a named, agreed trash backup process that respects lifting limits.
You should see: The backup is requested and confirmed, not imposed on Kim.
4. Step 4
Set a one-week review and mark unchanged safety and housing constraints.
You should see: New routines are reviewed; clear exits and key permission still apply.
What to finish
A complete operating agreement with a changed-case revision log.
Watch for this
Do not claim a fictional household agreement changes real tenancy rights.
How can I tell I understand it?
Support each lesson-specific criterion with your supplied-case artifact: I detected the new overlap.; I proposed a consent-based adjustment and backup.; I retained governing conditions and a review date.
