Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.
What to include
- Preference/rule distinction and compliant access clause.
- Workload allocation with time and capacity.
- Observable task standards.
- Shared-space and guest routines.
- Missed-task process and changed-condition revision.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- Agreement separates preferences from required access and exit conditions.
- Workload totals fit stated time and lifting capacity without assuming equal task suitability.
- Task standards and table/guest routines describe observable completion and shared consent.
- Missed-task process and revised shift times show agreed owners, backups and follow-up.

The idea in everyday life
Draft task: clean kitchen. Supplied agreed scope: wash shared dishes, wipe the cleared counter with its suitable method, return dry items and put tools away. Deep-cleaning the oven is outside this weekly task.
A visible finish condition prevents different meanings of done.
Define a visible standard of completion — supplied practice
A visible finish condition prevents different meanings of done.
Draft task: clean kitchen. Supplied agreed scope: wash shared dishes, wipe the cleared counter with its suitable method, return dry items and put tools away. Deep-cleaning the oven is outside this weekly task.
1. Step 1
Replace the vague task with its four supplied actions.
You should see: Shared dishes, counter, dry-item return and tools are named.
2. Step 2
State how another resident can verify completion.
You should see: No shared dirty dishes remain; counter is cleared and wiped; dry items and tools are stored.
3. Step 3
Record the excluded oven work.
You should see: The weekly task does not silently expand into deep-cleaning.
4. Step 4
Add a completion note without photographs of private belongings.
You should see: A dated checklist records the agreed result.
What to finish
A kitchen task card with finish conditions and exclusions.
Watch for this
Avoid moral judgments when the actual problem is an unclear or unmet standard.
How can I tell I understand it?
Support each lesson-specific criterion with your supplied-case artifact: I replaced vague wording with actions.; I specified visible finish conditions.; I retained the oven exclusion.
