An original fictional library-workshop poster with one clear hierarchy, honest event details, contrast and size tests, editable vector source and readable PNG/PDF.

Keep your working files in your own notebook or software. Save a private description, checklist, and work link in My Proof.

What to include

  • Create an original poster with one dominant title and complete fictional event facts.
  • Use a restrained type hierarchy, intentional alignment and grouped spacing.
  • Check long-text overflow and stated contrast pairs.
  • Inspect full/small renders and revise one specific failure.
  • Deliver editable vector source, checked PNG or documented equivalent, and same-content text.

Review and revise

Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.

  • Hierarchy: visual priority follows the stated message goal.
  • Typography/layout: facts fit and groups are clear.
  • Access/truth: contrast evidence and equivalent fictional text are supplied.
  • Delivery: actual export is fresh and complete.

The idea in everyday life

Use the page export area for the complete poster and inspect the actual output. PNG is suitable for a raster preview; a PDF is an optional print extension and needs its own inspection. Preserve the SVG/editable source and a plain-text event description. No real booking URL, personal contact or invented sponsor is required.

The idea

The delivered export is part of the design.

Export a truthful accessible poster — worked practice

The delivered export is part of the design.

Original release: poster.svg contains all editable words and geometry; poster.png is 800×1120 with the fictional status and full page; event.txt lists the identical title/time/place/action. A selected-object export omitted the location group, so the release check switches to full-page export and reinspects. A changed SVG is not evidence that an old PNG has updated automatically.

  1. 1. 6.1 Export

Save the current editable SVG. Check that its text/facts match the approved practice brief and that no real sponsorship/attendance claims were added.

You should see: Editable source is retained.

  2. 2. 6.2 Export

Export the complete page to PNG at the intended dimensions. Save it separately so the vector source remains editable.

You should see: Full-page dimensions are used.

  3. 3. 6.3 Export

Reopen the PNG and check full-page bounds, glyphs, exact event details and fictional status. If exporting PDF, reopen that file separately.

You should see: The actual export contains all essential facts.

  4. 4. 6.4 Export

Package the source/export/text companion plus hierarchy/contrast/two-size notes. Record actual native or renderer tests, retaining unperformed print checks as limitations.

You should see: Text companion and scoped evidence are delivered.

Now change one thing

A newly inspected PNG and SVG both give the fictional event time as 1:30 PM, but their text companion says 2:30 PM. Is the release packet internally consistent? Answer yes or no.

Your work

What to finish

A poster packet with editable source, checked preview and equivalent text.

Common mistake

Watch for this

Updating the source while delivering a stale PNG.

How can I tell I understand it?

A reader can find the same essential event facts in the source, export and text companion.

1A selected-object export omits the location. Which correction addresses the failure?
2Which companion provides equivalent event content?
