Sequence product and machine instructions safely
See this course’s project requirements
A garment-care packet with label interpretations, compatible load groups, a checked machine-use sequence and drying decisions for fictional garments.

What to include
- Translate symbols and text into separate stage constraints.
- Group six supplied garments with a reason for each route.
- Match the fictional machine’s actual cycle and temperature options.
- Write a model/product-specific sequence without inventing a dose.
- Assign individual drying methods and a dry-before-storage step.
- Correct the draft and retain unreadable-label and unperformed-outcome limits.
Review and revise
Use these criteria to check your work and choose what to improve.
- Method: applies the course-specific rules to the supplied cases with visible intermediate work.
- Accuracy: results agree with the stated facts, units, boundaries and independent checks.
- Reasoning: explains why the result follows and identifies a limitation or unresolved question.
- Transfer: completes changed cases and revises the final project when a relevant assumption changes.

The idea in everyday life
Fictional owner/product brief: empty garment pockets and prepare closures as their label permits; load compatible garments loosely, never beyond the owner’s stated limit; this model requires the labeled compatible liquid product in its marked dispenser following that product’s own load instructions; then select permitted settings, close the lid and start. Leave safety interlocks intact; unload after the machine indicates completion. No quantity or actual product is supplied.
Machine operation and laundry-product instructions work together: preparation, compatible loading, the specified product/dispenser directions, settings and completion. Product quantities and locations are not universal. This course uses paper instructions without opening products or operating equipment. Keep products in their labeled containers and follow appropriate storage guidance; no mixing or additional chemical products are part of this task.

1. 1. Prepare
Place label review, grouping and pocket/closure checks before loading.
You should see: The garments’ constraints and ordinary contents are checked first on paper.
2. 2. Load
Apply the brief’s loose-load and owner-limit instructions.
You should see: Do not force in a tightly packed group.
3. 3. Product
Write a conditional product step without inventing an amount.
You should see: Use the specific compatible product’s labeled load instructions and this model’s marked dispenser.
4. 4. Finish
Place settings, start and completed-cycle unloading in order.
You should see: Compatible settings, lid closed/start, wait for indicated completion; no bypass of safety interlocks.
What to finish
An ordered laundry-use card with conditional product instructions and no invented dose.
Watch for this
The supplied brief requires loose loading within the owner’s limit. Packing tightly ignores that condition and does not fix incompatible care requirements.
How can I tell I understand it?
Reject a changed incompatible product without improvising a quantity or chemical mix.
