A working web learning platform. Accounts, the main course library and eight-week program are for ages 14+, with no upper age limit. Academy K–12 rooms provide guest practice with appropriate adult guidance; they are not a school gradebook or placement assessment. Learners practice money, career and digital skills, make useful work, and choose a next step.

CHOOSE A DELIVERY ROUTE
Course Library — https://thelifestarter.com/courses
Audience: Ages 14+; check each course's starting requirements.
Activity: Choose one lesson and its worked practice, then make the course's project.
Output: A checked work sample and, optionally, a My Proof project record.
Storage: Guest lesson progress stays in this browser. Accounts save progress and project records; original files stay in the learner's own app.
Host: Choose an appropriate course, allow realistic time, and arrange feedback.

LifeStarter Academy — https://thelifestarter.com/academy
Audience: K–12 practice with adult guidance where appropriate; placement is a host decision.
Activity: Choose a grade and subject sequence. Work through lessons, supplied problems and solutions; use the study guides, unit reviews and subject tests to plan further practice.
Output: Worked responses, explanations, unit reviews and a personal study plan.
Storage: Academy work is guest practice; it does not create a school gradebook or account transcript. Keep original work in your notebook or own app.
Host: Review suitability, provide access alternatives, and explain that grade-room labels are not placement tests.

Life Kits — https://thelifestarter.com/kits
Audience: People planning a practical transition, with age-appropriate host support.
Activity: Choose a kit, use fictional details first, and adapt its checklist and budget.
Output: A realistic next-step checklist and cost plan.
Storage: Changes on a kit page last while that page stays open. Download your current checklist or budget to keep them in your own app.
Host: Check local costs, rules and referral details; avoid collecting sensitive personal documents.

Tools & Downloads — https://thelifestarter.com/tools
Audience: Learners checking a calculation or working with a worksheet.
Activity: Change one input, predict the result, calculate it and explain the difference.
Output: A checked calculation or completed worksheet with assumptions.
Storage: Calculator inputs are not automatically a saved project. Downloaded files stay in your own app; interactive website tools require access to the site.
Host: Use the supplied methodology and distinguish a scenario from professional advice.

ProofPath starting plan — https://thelifestarter.com/proofpath
Audience: Ages 14+ choosing a useful first activity.
Activity: Answer the starting-plan questions, explain the recommendation, and open its activity.
Output: A selected route and a learner-chosen next action.
Storage: The plan is shown before signup; choose Save, follow the sign-in/signup route, then review and explicitly choose Save after authentication to keep it with the account. It is a rules-based recommendation, not a diagnosis or eligibility decision.
Host: Let the learner choose; observe the complete plan-to-activity journey on intended devices.

Eight-week program — https://thelifestarter.com/program
Audience: Ages 14+ wanting a guided money, career and digital sequence.
Activity: Follow the weekly lessons, submit the eight required projects, and return to revise.
Output: 36 guided lesson checks, eight project records and a next-step plan.
Storage: An account saves program records. Original work remains in the learner's own app. Staff roles apply to one configured open-program cohort.
Host: Plan independent work as well as host sessions, feedback capacity, permissions and support.

Workforce Foundations — https://thelifestarter.com/workforce
Audience: Workforce and community teams using selected preparation activities.
Activity: Select a relevant preparation activity and an official jobs, training or support resource.
Output: A useful work sample and a specific action to investigate.
Storage: Host eligibility, case and service records stay in the host's approved system. A click or self-report does not verify an external outcome.
Host: Confirm referrals, local eligibility and service availability; retain responsibility for case support.
About 2.5–4.5 hours per week, depending on the week. Self-paced learning with optional host support.
Learner access costs $0. Staffing, coaching, reviews and optional implementation services require a separate agreement. No organizational price or service commitment is implied.

Learners can inspect lessons and tools without registration. Accounts hold progress and project records; original documents remain in the learner's own app or notebook. Staff tools require assigned roles and separate setup for one configured cohort.

USE WITH YOUR EXISTING PROGRAM
Schools & colleges: Use a practical project alongside an existing advisory, transition, or career-readiness program. Your team selects appropriate activities, permissions, accommodations, and review time.

Workforce & community teams: Add money, career, and digital practice to your existing services. Your team retains eligibility decisions, case records, human support, and verified external outcomes.

Employers & sponsors: Help a host shape a fictional workplace task, offer feedback through its established procedures, or support delivery costs. Participation does not promise a job or access to learner records.

EVIDENCE STATUS
The curriculum, checks, project criteria and explainable recommendations can be inspected now. Product tests establish specified software behavior, not educational effectiveness. No independently established improvement in learning, employment or earnings is claimed. The pilot protocol is a proposed evaluation method, not a completed study.

REVIEW BEFORE DELIVERY
1. Who is responsible for learner support, safeguarding, privacy requests and incident escalation? Agree actual contacts and response arrangements; no response-time guarantee is included.

2. Which records are needed, who may access them, where are they stored, and when are they deleted? Keep eligibility documents, health or justice records, credentials and confidential employer data outside general learning submissions.

3. What permissions, school data terms and accessibility accommodations does your organization require? Review the published privacy and accessibility information and complete your own approval process.

4. Will staff tools be used? Confirm roles and the scope of the single configured cohort before access. Administrators and data reviewers can download a private aggregate operational summary for OPEN-PROGRAM. It contains record-coverage counts, not research consent or learning gains. Separate organization workspaces, automated funder reporting and integrations are not included.

5. Which procurement, security or accessibility evidence is required before approval? Request and review actual documentation; this kit is not an independent security audit, accessibility certification or compliance attestation.
