ILLUSTRATIVE EIGHT-WEEK DELIVERY PLAN
Adapt the dates to the group. This is not a delivery timetable promised by LifeStarter.
Before recruitment
Action: Choose the group and project with learners or representatives. Name the host, support contact and reviewer; agree dates, costs, permissions, access needs and success criteria.
Record: A completed pilot plan and approved delivery responsibilities.
Owner / date / completion evidence: ____________________

Before the first session
Action: Test the intended devices and account journey, role permissions, support route and agreed accommodations. Resolve failures before inviting the group.
Record: Recorded readiness checks and a decision to start or delay.
Owner / date / completion evidence: ____________________

Week 1
Action: Explain participation and data use, record the starting check before instruction, and let learners choose a practical goal. Keep their first work sample when permission allows.
Record: Cohort definition, baseline coverage, agreed goal and initial sample.
Owner / date / completion evidence: ____________________

Weeks 2–4
Action: Follow the chosen lessons and projects. Record support time and feedback, then ask what helped and what got in the way. Adjust delivery without silently changing the measures.
Record: Attendance, submitted and reviewed work, access issues and a dated change log.
Owner / date / completion evidence: ____________________

Weeks 5–8
Action: Review revisions using the same criteria. Complete the final check and a learner-chosen next action. Record assistance and missing responses.
Record: Matched checks, reviewed revisions, learner feedback and a next-step plan.
Owner / date / completion evidence: ____________________

After the pilot
Action: Compare the agreed measures, delivery effort and costs. Decide whether to continue, revise or stop. Arrange optional follow-up and carry out the agreed retention plan.
Record: A dated aggregate summary with limitations and named next actions.
Owner / date / completion evidence: ____________________

READINESS AND APPROVAL
1. Who is responsible for learner support, safeguarding, privacy requests and incident escalation? Agree actual contacts and response arrangements; no response-time guarantee is included.

2. Which records are needed, who may access them, where are they stored, and when are they deleted? Keep eligibility documents, health or justice records, credentials and confidential employer data outside general learning submissions.

3. What permissions, school data terms and accessibility accommodations does your organization require? Review the published privacy and accessibility information and complete your own approval process.

4. Will staff tools be used? Confirm roles and the scope of the single configured cohort before access. Administrators and data reviewers can download a private aggregate operational summary for OPEN-PROGRAM. It contains record-coverage counts, not research consent or learning gains. Separate organization workspaces, automated funder reporting and integrations are not included.

5. Which procurement, security or accessibility evidence is required before approval? Request and review actual documentation; this kit is not an independent security audit, accessibility certification or compliance attestation.
